Junghans delivered a lot of movements for Alpina. The timeframe is not known and no numbers available.
Up to now 13 different movements have been found which Alpina used for their watches.

Alpina ? = Junghans J16, would be a J16/1.
It seems that the J16/1 was not used by Junghans. It was intern named J14.

It seems that a J17a/1 was not used by Junghans.

It seems that the J42a/1 was not used by Junghans. Seems to be intern named J43.

Alpina 245 = Junghans J33c
Alpine 246 = Junghans J17, would be a J17/1.
It seems that the J17/1 was not used by Junghans.
